RemoteKora runs remote-kora.com from Alice Springs, Northern Territory. RemoteKora advertises simple part-time roles that people anywhere in Australia can do from home and introduces applicants to the employers offering them. RemoteKora is not the employer. When you apply, RemoteKora receives the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you are interested in and any optional note. When you message RemoteKora HR on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the text of your message. Emails to RemoteKora give us your address and whatever the email says.
Yes, the routine details any website receives: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. The RemoteKora hosting provider keeps these to operate and protect remote-kora.com, and RemoteKora does not link them to applications.
Required fields are needed so RemoteKora can reach you and forward your application. Leaving an optional field blank has no effect on how RemoteKora treats your application.
Please never send passwords, one-time codes from text messages, bank or card numbers, your tax file number or photos of identity documents. RemoteKora never needs or asks for these, and deletes any that arrive.
RemoteKora uses your details to respond to you, share role information, forward your application to the relevant employer, answer your questions, keep a record of what was discussed, deal with complaints or misuse and meet legal obligations.
RemoteKora does not sell, rent or trade personal information and does not use applications for marketing. Should another role seem a better fit, RemoteKora will ask your permission before your details go anywhere for it.

Cloudflare hosts and secures remote-kora.com and forwards email sent to RemoteKora. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser loads them from Google. WhatsApp, owned by Meta, carries messages between you and RemoteKora HR. Each works under its own terms. If RemoteKora adds another service, such as a form tool or advertising tag, it will be named here before it is used.
Only where a law requires it, or where the law permits it and it is reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect someone's rights.
Applying to RemoteKora has two steps: the form, then a WhatsApp message to HR. Our button only opens WhatsApp with suggested text to the RemoteKora HR number shown in the chat header. It is not sent until you press Send yourself. No WhatsApp? Write to careers@remote-kora.com and RemoteKora will arrange another option.
remote-kora.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary security cookie may be set by our host to stop automated abuse. Blocking or deleting cookies will not stop the RemoteKora site from working.
Not at present. As of the date above, remote-kora.com has no advertising tags, remarketing or analytics installed. If that changes, RemoteKora will first update this section with the provider's name, what it receives and your choices. Your name, phone number and email are never placed in tracking events or links.
It can. Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp operate in several countries, including the United States. RemoteKora follows the Australian Privacy Principles for overseas disclosures; email careers@remote-kora.com for details.
RemoteKora keeps application records for no more than twelve months after the last genuine contact about a role, then deletes them. Ask and RemoteKora will delete earlier; records are kept longer only if required by law or an open dispute. Server logs usually expire within 30 days.
remote-kora.com uses HTTPS, and only the people handling applications can open them. No system is perfect, so if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, RemoteKora will notify you under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Employers you were introduced to, and WhatsApp itself, may hold their own records outside RemoteKora's control. RemoteKora can point you to the right place to ask them.
Yes. Email careers@remote-kora.com to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your application or raise a concern. RemoteKora may check your identity, aims to reply within 30 days and will explain if something cannot be done. Withdrawing cannot reverse an introduction already made.
Send RemoteKora the new details and we will correct your record.
RemoteKora does not use automated decision-making. Applications are read by people, and hiring decisions rest with the employer.
RemoteKora roles are intended for adults. Information about a child that reaches RemoteKora will be deleted.
Write to careers@remote-kora.com explaining your concern. RemoteKora will look into it and respond in writing, and if you remain dissatisfied, a person at RemoteKora with no earlier involvement will review the matter afresh.
Knowing the role lets RemoteKora send you the right training link and pass your application to the correct employer. If you are unsure, you can say so in your WhatsApp message and RemoteKora HR will explain the options before anything is shared. You can change your choice at any time before an introduction is made, simply by messaging HR or emailing careers@remote-kora.com.
The chat with RemoteKora HR is stored so the team has context when you follow up. Only staff dealing with applications can read it, and RemoteKora will delete its copy on request. Your phone keeps its own copy, and WhatsApp handles its records under its own policy. RemoteKora does not pass WhatsApp conversations to advertisers or data brokers.
Changing your mind is fine. Tell RemoteKora HR on WhatsApp or write to careers@remote-kora.com, and RemoteKora will end contact about roles, make no new introductions and remove your information as described under retention, except anything RemoteKora is legally obliged to keep.
The information RemoteKora holds comes from you, so a quick check before submitting helps. Where something seems incorrect, RemoteKora HR will ask you about it instead of changing it on assumption, and corrections can always be sent through WhatsApp or to careers@remote-kora.com.
RemoteKora may revise this policy and will show the new date above. Where required by law, RemoteKora will notify you before a change affects information it already has.
